| DRUMMER MY LIFE IN MUSIC Hello my name is Bill. I'm writing a few words to give you insight of my history and influences of my musical life. I began playing drums at the age of four. My first band was a country band playing music from artists such as Hank Williams Sr., George Jones, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, etc. I played country music for several years and as I got older I started playing in southern & classic rock bands. Some of the bands we would cover would be the likes of Charlie Daniels Band, Lynnyrd Skynnyrd, Marshall Tucker, Outlaws, Allman Brothers, etc. Some of the classic bands are the likes of Cream, Black Sabbath, Ted Nugent, Free, Jimi Hendrix and Led Zepplin to name a few of the many artists that I have covered playing. I've also played in school concerts and marching bands where I learned how to read music in which I owe a great gratitude to my music and chorus teachers. I would also like to thank some of the bands I've played with throughout my career such as The Country Mover's, The Tommy Dickens Band, The Shades of Just Us, Hawg Wyld, Crusin, Fiddlin' Around Express, Sound City Revival, Pulse, Country Gems, Sterling Run, Center of Gravity, No Clue, OG Players, Orlean Gypsy's, Third Degree and of course THE KLICK. I've also had the pleasure of meeting and opening for national acts such as Charlie Daniels and Marshall Tucker Band back in 1980 at the Syria Mosque in Pittsburgh and Georgia Satellites in 1999 at the Washington County Fair Grounds. I have also done studio sessions with various bands and artists. Now to the matter at hand THE KLICK. I've been playing music for 30 years and I am happy and honored to play music with Jeff, Allen, Tommy and Bob. They are a bunch of great guys and I've known them and played music with them throughout the years and I'm overjoyed that I am a family member of the band known as |
